The last thing is to get the right amount of exercise. Depending on your goals you need to decide what would be most beneficial to you. If you need to lose a lot of weight then cardio 4 to 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes would be beneficial to you. Weight Lifting is also a great way to lose weight and tone up your body.
